The main story of this little tale, Lucy wants to do yoga, sprung from the imagination of my daughter, Noa (who is 4). With a vision which is open to all types of possibilities, without prejudice, and overflowing with happiness and an unstoppable imagination, one afternoon she decided to draw a little girl named Lucy. As we drew her together, she invented her story, a story that you are now holding in your hands. I couldn´t possibly leave this story to be forgotten at home. It was so comforting, so motivating and with such a valuable message, that I helped her transform it into this book, to help many children and their families.
